COACHING OFFERS

Life Coaching using mind-body tools is a technique to increase awareness of how our thoughts, emotions, feelings & behaviours are affecting our health and decision making. We will look at your life, your business and/or your finances and figure out what is working for you and what is not. The goal is not to eliminate the “yucky” stuff, but to help grow connections to your fun stuff so you have capacity and energy to tackle the day-to-day of being an entrepreneur, parent, partner, etc. Mind-body tools are about learning to ride the waves, and when you get knocked down (because you will), giving yourself permission to stop, take a breath, rest, recover and THEN - when you feel ready - get back on the board.

For me, life coaching is a collaborative partnership—it’s about working with you to help you find your flow, however you define that.  For some that will mean diving in to tackle your personal undertow---the belief, experience, person or feeling that derails you when you feel good.  For others, it may just be to find some ease in the life storm you are in.  Each person is unique and so is their coaching journey.

We take the time here to just slow down, teach you how to feel more connected and explore 1-2 things you would like to shift. This is like dipping your toe in the ocean before you decide if you want to go in for a swim.

You are comfortable with coaching and maybe have had some past success working with one. You are open to the idea of the mind body connection (maybe one of the resources listed books resonated with you), so you are ready to wade in and find more of your balance in the mind-body connection and dig deeper into 1-2 life challenges.

I’m ready to dive in

20 sessions over 8-12 months
$327/month or $2,497 paid in full

There is so much going on you don’t even know where to start; all you know is that you need help, otherwise you are going to drown. You know what you are currently doing cannot continue. With this package we space out the sessions as you need to get grounded and centred---similar to how a diver is very still before she jumps. Then, we start to tackle the life challenges you want to dig a little deeper into, while working on building your resiliency.
